Refund Policy

1. General Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our services include both custom work and digital products, refund eligibility depends on the type of service and the stage of delivery.

2. 1-on-1 Services

For 1-on-1 services such as landing pages, website setup, and copy cleanup, you may request a full refund if work has not yet started. Once work has begun, refunds are partial and based on the amount of work completed. Completed services are not refundable.

3. Digital Files and Downloads

Due to the nature of digital files and downloadable products, all sales are final once the file has been delivered or the download link has been sent. Refunds may be considered if the file is defective or does not match the described scope.

4. How to Request a Refund

Submit your refund request in writing to info@awgenesis.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order details and the reason for the request.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
